  1.  @HybridBoy0  They are that fast, just nobody cares enough to test it. "Nobody" drives cars fast that are this expensive. That goes for all brands. The performance is necessary to sell it, but people buy it as an investment or for bragging rights, not to drive it. A 15k dollar rolex watch keeps the time worse than a 2 dollar chinese watch, you dont buy it to know the time. You dont buy a 10 million dollar car to drive fast in it. Thats just the reality, unfortunately.

  2.  @papugenas Absolutely true, and not too long ago, there were at least some who took them out of the garage, but these days the hypercars have increased so much in price, I guess everyone who buys them sees them just as a way to store money. So they are very well streetable for at least short trips, but it decreases the value. Its the same as a classic art piece painting and statues and so on.

  4. Hard to get them much lower than 3 seconds on street tires with only rwd unfortunately . Physics says no.

  5.  @HybridBoy0  It can do it in 3 seconds, just not in this video. Same as every other RWD super car, they are all within a few tenths of each other. Its a question of tires and track surface primarily.

  6.  @HybridBoy0  You are not wrong, but Koenigsegg can do it as well. They just chose not to. Every car they make is already sold and paid for and the owners are not too keen on launching their cars, unfortunately. We must not forget that most people who car afford to buy cars of this price have no real interest in doing launches with them, or hardly even driving them for that matter.

  8.  @asko___  You are not wrong, but it is enormously expensive doing this stuff, its not realistic for such a small volume manufacturer to be on par with a mass market one, unfortunately. No matter the price of the car. Software is hard.

  11. I think it is pretty long lasting. But it of course depends on what you mean by long lasting. I am sure that it will do more miles than everyone buying them will ever do in them.

  13.  @papugenas  Track driving. Thats what these cars are made for. Speed interval about 80-280 kph. 0-100 was a useful metric for testing engine power back in the days when it took normal cars at least 15 seconds or so, which was in the 1970s and earlier. Thats why it was used. But it is limited by tire grip for decades now. I have never heard of anyone driving 0-100 with full throttle in normal trafic regularly, have you? Better hope that one always is the first car at the stoplights when it turns green, or one will run into the back of the car in front, because most people dont use much power when pulling away. No, track driving is where its at for those who like to drive, and then you are usually way above 100kph, as I said earlier. Not that it matters much, cars at this price point rarely sees the outdoors anyway, they are locked up in a multi millionaires garage. A pity, but thats just life.

  14. Some cars have them even with manual transmission. I guess they use them for something else.
