  1. No, shes suggesting they do nothing, because its not cool to care about others. Its a bad boy complex but in the most mundane way (the blinkers part), thats why its so pathetic.

  2. She seems llike the kind of type that would really like Georges Costanzas (from seinfeld) attempt at trying to be a "bad boy"... "Wow, are you not using blinkers while driving? Please, ravish me now!" I guess a pick up line that would be guaranteed to work is: "honey, I run with scissors all the time" or "honey, I drink orange juice after I have brushed my teeth"
