Its just another boilerplate virtue signaling fad among many others, thats all. They dont believe any of it. However, one might be embarrassed over the sheer percentage of women whos favorite pasttime is virtue signaling, yes. But its always been that way.

I am not surprised shes married at all. Every woman in the western world can get married by their own choice, if they dont chase unobtainible men. Taken as a whole, western mens standards are very low, one can almost say nonexistent.
