  3.  @RichardDemattis  The UN isnt forced to do anything it doesnt want to do, nobody can force them. Consequently, nations dont have to accept their own citizens back if nobody forces them to either. Many, many examples of countries not accepting their citizens back right at this moment and nobody doing anything or even saying a peep about it. The laws and rules that are written on papers are just that, and can be ignored at will by the powers that wrote and enforce them. Thats just the way the world works, and always did.
