@darekmistrz4364 I would say the opposite, I would rather drive with zero regen... to each their own. In any case, when it came to the older models, I think it overheated more easily when adding more regen, maybe thats still the case and the reson why they did it.

@xIcarus227 I would say thats what a lot of them are used for, actually. Why buy a lower horsepower Model S if you got the cash?

@darekmistrz4364 What cars would that be, If I may ask? Just a few examples will suffice, since there are a lot of them. Same with the motorcycles, if by "almost everyone" you mean some sportbikes, but not really any other bikes, as far as I know? And sportbikes are a small minority of sold bikes... If you got any numbers to the contrary, I would be glad to hear them...

@xIcarus227 Yes, but they dont care much about costs in these regions. Houshold income for the average plaid buyer is heck of a lot compared to most people on this planet... its not "the 1% top earners", its far, far smaller than that. So there really isnt a reason to get the cheaper one, the more expensive one can do everything the cheaper one can do, AND have the headline 1000hp figure. This figure sell a lot of cars,,, believe me. Its just cool to lots of people

@colinmcbottle They do in America, and lots of other places as well, when they decide to buy it. Its an argument for a sale, and a big one, for many.
