Sub 8 BTG is very possible at full speed even with this heavy car it seems, from this lap. Not bad at all I think.

@glnknl2232 Its the weight, hybrid drivetrain and manufacturer in combination that makes it noteworthy. No, you cant beat it with this weight and less than half the horsepower. As I said, all factors considered, its not bad at all.

@glnknl2232 I am well aware of the rs q8 time. Its debatable whether it is more powerful and lighter, independent tests are needed to verify. Nevertheless, even if it is, it is by a likely small amount. The SUV bodystyle is a drawback, yes. It is debatable if the time of the rs q8 is representative, independent tests are needed to verify. But if it is representative, one could say it is a very good time. "Very good" means more impressive than "not bad", which was my grade for the polestar. All of this is irrelevant: For a plug in hybrid or electric 4 seater production car, which is made by a brand of this kind without ring experience, it certainly is not bad at all. Which is what I said.

@glnknl2232 Name is the same. Brand and cars not. Doesnt share a screw. This is a production car brand, the other one was a tuning company and race team. Neither This, "Volvo owned" Polestar, nor Volvo itself have previously produced anything lika a track focused production car. Ever. Which is what makes this a nice effort. Not spectacular, but nice enough. Not bad at all.
