  1. Depends on what one wants to do on their trip. For some, that kind of charging would be too slow. Electricity is indeed everywhere, but getting access to it, and charging in what many would consider a timely manner isnt always easy. RV parks wont satisfy the needs of many in that regard.

  2. Most people wont pay for it, thats how it is. Its not like they did those things for free.

  3.  @kimberleydownunder  If they had a lot of time doing nothing for some reason, Its possible. But if they didnt, you payed for it in some other way, since labor costs as soon as you could be doing something else that generates revenue. And thats almost always the case, ergo almost nothing is ever "free", most gas stations that had service certainly werent, since you payed with higher pump prices. Oh, and people have "ripped eachother off" with simlar stuff like this since before there were people, more or less... I would say its actually a sign of a healthy economic system. Buy the product/service if you want, or negotiate the price down, or dont buy it at all and do it yourself, if you care. Seems fair to me.
