  1. I dont know at all, but I seriously doubt digital screen plates are a thing in the EU.. what would be the point? Cant think of a single benefit from the perspective of the authorities (the ones who want you to have a plate in the first case), to be honest.

  2. Your post can be read as in the Polish system is the same for every eurupean country. "in europe... " etc. Unfortunate wording perhaps, since this is not the case, some countries got full custom plates for all characters, though with a limit on how many characters you are allowed.

  3. Well, its actually cheaper than some US places like for example California. Though the average "middle class" Swede havent got the same income so... you got a point.
