  1. Very well written, superbly in fact. I am way older than you, waaay older. But I had a somewhat "Gen z"-like upbringing which was atypical at the time but is typical now (also known as the "broken home" upbringing), which makes me able to empathize reasonably successfully with what you are talking about. I have no bulletproof solution for the overarching societal problem unfortunately, but I have a pretty good idea what caused it and what can be done about it, within reason. We cant "save" everyone, but we can start with ourselves. First I am going to start a "supportgroup" for people with Aspbergers/autism (I have already helped kids/teens with those problems for years now IRL exclusively) because I feel that is where I can do the most good, for now. I want to help more people. I will do my best to make it happen, I promise you.

  2. You are a millenial. No, Millenals mostly arent the parents of zoomers entering the workplace, gen X (or if they got relatively old parents, Boomers) are. The text he cites got it partially wrong.
