  1. You are wildly wrong in your analysis in this case. Its the complete opposite. Just about no one who "doesnt want to help" ever said anything remotely like that, they almost always use some variant of the "I am busy" excuse. Using words like these in the real world would mean you are extremely likely to be genuine.
