Jobs will shoot me emails telling me im qualified with my experience just to tell me in two day or so that "while your experience and resume is impressive, we've decided to go with someone with a more compatible skill set. Thanks for applying and apply again later." Its so stupid. And both my current jobs do this to so many people ive tried to help get in the door.
