In the US it costs about $1200 a month for an apt. Average SS recipient gets less than $1800 a month total. And why do all of you care about what goes on in Russia?

  4.  @tjones44236  I use emojis with friends for casual conversation. I don't use them in conversations about serious subjects. Only people who have nothing to say use them in serious discussions usually as a form of ridicule just like you use my improper use of English grammar to ridicule me. This is what juveniles do. People with childish minds do. Being snarky and acting superior has replaced conversation and is even being used in the news media when discussing issues. It shows a lack of sophistication and the attempt to bring all conversation down to the level of immature meaninglessness. Like you do.

  7. You talk of outhouses and septic waste. I don't know what you are talking about. Those are two different systems. My father was born in 1908 in New Orleans and they used outhouses. hen one was full they just dug another one. Very cheap to do. He said when they went back and dug up an old outhouse they found that it was nothing by fine dirt. A septic system is a different system. I know because I lived in a house with a septic system and my bathroom was indoors.
