Not once did CH4 mention why bills are rising, because there is a lack of supply of energy because their darling of renewable energy is unreliable and we have neglected to invest in our own supplies of gas because of the climate change cult, just so China can pump out even more when we make less than 1% difference. And guess where all these solar panels get made, in China with coal and fossil fuel energy and then have to be transported half way around the world, oh so green isnt it? Idiots.
