Hah your "legal expert" has had to change his tune, he previously said there was nothing wrong with Tommy's conviction, and how would he know if it was a conspiracy or not, he couldnt even get his supposed area of expertise correct and has no idea of the circumstances. The highest judge in land has ruled it was unjust, so yes the FreeTommy protest was correct and media yet again are out of touch with the truth and scrambling to make excuses.

Sorry Pablo Jay, he already won his appeal that the conviction was unsound, as the protestors were claiming and that has been confirmed, if he wasnt wrongly imprisoned he'd still be in jail wouldn't he, but no, he is currently innocent until proven guilty by a proper trial, the main protest was that he was treated unfairly without a proper trial and the highest judge in the land has found that to be correct, only the media and Tommy haters are calling it a technicality, the judge never called it a technicality, he pointed out several major flaws with the prosecution, they didn't even view the evidence or allow him a proper legal defence or even confirm the exact thing he had done wrong, that's far from a small technicality an unfair trial is hardly a technicality when it sends you to jail for over a year unfairly.
