This is excellent that these people are willing to have the raw sewage overflow out of their toilets than overflow in to rivers? Oh they arent? Hypocrites then.

@django3422 Well, thats the choice, it either overflows in to the river or it comes up in peoples houses. Which one should it do?

@django3422 Do you not understand capacity, they cant treat an unlimited amount of water, thats what overflow is, when they cant deal with it, they dont just chose not to treat it.
