Absolutely brilliant work chaps thank you. UBoat.net has long been a favourite of mine; it actually let me find out details of the U-boot that sank my great grandfather's troopship in 1917 when I was researching my ancestry. Also World War 1 submarine history deserves more attention - I hope this helps.

@Keaperman I vote for this too (Admiral King episode plse Drach) - speaking as an Englishman - he was no fool. He fits in with western democracy commanders like le May, Rickover, Montgomery, Harris... not peoplr you wanted to be on the wrong side of , but they didn't fanny around trying to pleae all of the people all of the time.
