  1. +Laurent Belkacem Yes I completely agree, it's a Model Ten, but it's written Model X for reasons Ian did explain. Use of Roman numerals is common in other European countries. As others have said we do't talk about the German Panzer eye vee tank but the Panzer four etc. Indeed we also refer to World War Two but not World War Eleven, and Henry the Eighth not Henry the vee eye eye eye. NB I believe there was a RAAF Sptifire also modified to carry beer, the Spitfire Mk XXXX
