  3. Update - I have been reading this book for three days now and have only just made to to 1940! Very nicely written, beautifully illustrated, and also brings new knowledge to the table. There isn't a lot on tactics or deployment so far, it's nearly all about the rifles, the scopes and their ancillaries including clothing. This isn't a major draw back - we can always go back to Hesketh-Pritchard and C. Shore if we want to look at that aspect in detail. Thanks for bring it on here Ian - it is a book I am very glad I possess.
