Personally i don't think the supreme court will uphold the decision, but he did have his day in court before the decision. As for the insurrection, i think jan 6 itself was only a small part of the wider conspiracy. The stuff he was doing behind the scenes is what they're going after. Pressuring local election officials to "find votes" or refuse to certify, fake electors, plot to steal voting machines etc

They advocate for weighing the inflation potential of a bill before passing it, instead of looking at whether or not it causes a deficit. They point out that deficit spending isn't inherently inflationary, so it doesn't make sense to focus on whether or not a bill is deficit neutral
