yes, really. The numbers are free and easy to access
1
@cavediver8385 that has 0 baring on national numbers
1
@Tracy-wr7mj that was taken out of context i believe
1
@tillbot8 but we knew that from the beginning
1
How's that tolerating going?
1
cuba is technically an enemy nation
1
Dude, they haven't even finished the interviews, literally wasn't possible to be on Tuesday
1
i thought global warming was obviously happening but that it was fine because co2 was plant food
1
@tomdemay6147 does co2 not capture more heat then? or was that fake too
1
trump is no caesar
1
@Fraser-369 sadly theres nothing unconstitutional about Jack smith's appointment
1
@lazertroll702 His appointment is valid, they tried this same argument against Mueller in the Russia case, it failed.
1
@RockstarRomania that explains why he was getting booed so much
1
dems have a unified world view
1
there really isn't a constitutional crisis, president arent kings
1
@RichardDanielli If the grounds were indeed as flaky as you claim, Trump should be hoping for a speedy trial instead of delaying so aggressively
1
What are republican fiscal policies? Giving tax cuts to rich corps?
1
they found a bunch of nuclear secrets so that aint nothin
1
why would she end her career by helping dems?
1
@Duranous. i wouldn't say she's burning all bridges, there seems to be many republicans who don't want trump
1
haven't early and mail voting always bee nlegal?
1
source?
1
@Machi74005 What's wrong with the IRA? As far as i can tell it helps out energy security by diversifying production, and the bill generates a lot more money than it uses so it actually reduces the deficit
1
@Machi74005 then what are the big stuff he helps dems with? Everything else he voted for was bipartisan
1
@Machi74005 I guess so, but he certainly doesn't fold the line with the hard left. If he did, they would've put paid family leave, free community college and universal pre k in the IRA bill
1
@djhergert1995 on what basis would the Supreme Court over rule?
1
Did they get a pass for colluding with russia, pressuring sectaries of state to "find votes", tax fraud?
1
@VioletDeathRei So even the Republicans couldn't argue against disqualification on the merits?
1
@mgaeeeee9150 i mean a court said he engaged in an insurrection, that counts as a conviction. Personally i don't think the supreme court will uphold the decision, but he did have his day in court before the decision. As for the insurrection, i think jan 6 itself was only a small part of the wider conspiracy. The stuff he was doing behind the scenes is what they're going after. Pressuring local election officials to "find votes" or refuse to certify, fake electors, plot to steal voting machines etc
1
If i wanted to throw the race i wouldn't keep unemployment below 4%, bring manufacturing back, support booming growth and oversee an all time stock market
1
@elLooto if you're a conservative sure
1
@elLooto sure
1
i agree, even moderate republicans hate trump now so i don't see a path for him
1
if monetarists were right, we would've collapsed a long time ago
1
@BartimaeusAurelius But Trump has only made it out of all those investigations unscathed because you can't indite a sitting president. Now that hes out of office, and he doesn't have his guys at the DOJ, he's very vulnerable
1
what is the name of that wsj article?
1
@seesea-sv3xw I think 401k's should be cut before social security is
1
@do-uc6xj Or we could all say we have bone spurrs like trump did to avoid Vietnam. The left would melt down
1
@peggyobrien3943 Record low unemployment, manufacturing returning to america, revitalization of our infrastructure, medicare negotiated drug prices. Biden's done plenty of stuff right
1
probably the RNC, they dont think she can win
1
hes done better than i though he would tbh
1
what did he say in the speech?
1
@Foxentails Should we let the people decide whether obama can run again?
1
@johnsmithers8913 Are you talking about modern monetary theory? No, they don't advocate that. They advocate for weighing the inflation potential of a bill before passing it, instead of looking at whether or not it causes a deficit. They point out that deficit spending isn't inherently inflationary, so it doesn't make sense to focus on whether or not a bill is deficit neutral
1
it's obviously gonna be scott. Dropped out early, relatively moderate and probably believes the polls that show him winning 20% with blacks lol
1
most people believe economic data, only really partisan people ignore the same economic data they believed when a republican or was in office
1
@MidlifeCrisisJoe why are government numbers propoganda now but weren't under trump? You considered that maybe your just being tribalistic?
1
dems have been doing too well in elections to get rid of the incumbent president
1
go ahead and try, you'd be singing choir behind bars like the jan 6 fellas
1
@strategery101 maybe they like Biden for repairing our infrastructure? Medicare negotiated drug prices? Best inflation response in the G7? Capping insulin at 35 bucks? Bringing back US manufacturing? 4.7% growth? Keeping unemployment below 4% for the longest stretch since the 60s? Near record stock market? Keeping real wages up? Setting an all time record for US oil production? Overseeing the sharpest decline in homicides ever after we saw a record spike under Trump? Why do you like trump?
