  4. That's a small part of the crimes alleged tho, Smith is also charging Trump with the false elector scheme, the plot to steal voting machines, pressuring foreign secretaries of state to find ballots after the election and so on

It won't invite moral hazard because you need evidence to impeach anyone, if there's evidence the president acted unlawfully outside of his official duties, then he should face accountability
