  3. His election ceiling is a lot higher than Trump's. Most of the people dissatisified with Biden will vote for him anyway, where as Trump will likely lose a lot of moderate Republicans just like the maga candidates lost them in 2022. Especially if convicted of all these felonies

Over 350k jobs just posted, over 3% growth last quarter, almost 5% growth the quarter before that and this quarter expected to shoot up a further 4%, unemployment below 4% for the longest stretch since the 60's, inflation running below 2% for the past 6 months and the stock market at all time highs.

  10. Plus the persuation shifts away from maga in all of these elections. He won't win the popular vote in a presidential year so he really can't afford those pursuation shifts among moderates and indies
