  7.  @mgaeeeee9150  i mean a court said he engaged in an insurrection, that counts as a conviction. Personally i don't think the supreme court will uphold the decision, but he did have his day in court before the decision. As for the insurrection, i think jan 6 itself was only a small part of the wider conspiracy. The stuff he was doing behind the scenes is what they're going after. Pressuring local election officials to "find votes" or refuse to certify, fake electors, plot to steal voting machines etc
