The appeals court was jumped plenty of times in recent history, and he was righfully appointed

@icestationzebraassociates2460 ?
1
that would allow the president to do almost anything, essentially creating two tiers of justice
1
This is false. They tried that same argument against Mueller and it was rejected. There's nothing unconstitutional about his appointment
1
clearly not, since they did so many times under trump. For issues far less important than presidential immunity
1
false, he is a special council
1
calling up secretaries of state and pressuring them to find votes or refuse to certify is not an official act
1
@themeangene that would be the opposite of integrity, since there's nothing in the constitution that gives the president absolute immunity
1
@TheSulross nothing unconstitutional about jack smith's appointment. Challenging that would reek of desperation
1
going to the supreme court is pretty normal
1
he is
1
he is sadly
1
false
1
then why not have the supreme court put the kabosh on it right away?
1
@TheSulross That's complete nonsense, they've been more trigger happy about jumping over appeals courts than any supreme court in recent history
1
all that golf wasn't gonna play iyslef
1
@Fraser-369 sadly theres nothing unconstitutional about Jack smith's appointment
1
@lazertroll702 His appointment is valid, they tried this same argument against Mueller in the Russia case, it failed.
1
they found a bunch of nuclear secrets so that aint nothin
1
@Foxentails Should we let the people decide whether obama can run again?
1
only reason to want a delay is because he thinks they'll rule against him
1
@justinmiller5660 they tried this same argument against mueller and it failed
1
they clearly are in the habit of doing it since they;ve done it many times in trump's term
1
@bullmoose5574 they clearly can make decisions about the viablity of a candidate. Heck Niel gorsuch himself threw someone off the ballot
1
They're never going to rule that a president has total immunity, and i think the supreme court's plan is to refuse to intervene thus allowing the appeal courts decision to stand
