  3. They're not trying to replicate all the proteins within a cow, just the proteins found within cow milk. Cow milk only has two types of proteins, casein and whey. Whey is considered a complete protein because it contains all 9 essential amino acids

  6. this is difference from the test tube stuff, this is more like brewing beer. This is the only way we're going to make meat available for people who aren't rich in the future, the planet cant sustain meat for everyone the way we do it now
