  4.  @splinejones4489  yeah, that's why we need a hell of a lot more judges. We could've expadited processing and avoided having to focus on getting all these judges put in place if they passed the bipartisan border bill, but sadly republicans tanked it because they figured the border was too useful as a politcal tool. They also would've put much stricter standards on immigrants to prove they're actually fleeing persecution like you're asking for
