Biden learned from the recovery and used that experience to provide a large stimulus, which led to the best recovery in US history. the American rescue plan got us back to not just pre-pandemic trends, but pre-GFC trends in a whole host of areas. Our recovery was by far the best of other OECD nations, and our economy continues to outperform them. We even dealt with less inflation despite spending considerably more.

  4. The US has dealt with inflation far better than all other OECD nations, and wages have gone up faster than inflation. Also over the past five years, the worst month for homicides was July 2020—when Trump was president.

Purchasing power is up since the pandemic, unemployment near record lows, manufacturing boom, we just hit 4.9% gdp growth, median real wealth rose a record 37% since 2019, a record 1 in 7 families now having a small business, and wealth inequality is at the lowest level since 2008.
