  9.  @FoundWorthy  sure I get all that, but you have to admit theyve been on the receiving end of targeted harassment from the start of this country till about the 70's. It can't be easy to recover from that in a couple of generations, especially when half of the wealth they've accumulated since the 70's was wiped out in financial collapse of 08
