he filled a notice of an appeal, he actually needs to get the money together to appeal and he hasn't done that yet
3
@rjay7019 why is it an unfair judgement? They guy added 3 stories and tens of thousands of square feet to his building in his disclosure. That looks like textbook fraud
2
@eddiepullman2745 the ones listed
2
its legal in ny, it's called discoragment or something like that
2
@kimmy722 did my own "true" research, adding 20,000 square feet to your property is still fraud
1
@michaeloxlong yeah, he made a summary judgement because the fraud was quite obvious. Like i said, adding 20,000 square feet to your property is brazen fraud. The banks testified to giving him better loans and interest rate because of his bogus disclosures so there was a victim. And even if there wasn't a victim, a crime is still a crime. If a drive while drunk, im still breaking the law whether or not i crash
1
@aying4You're flat out lying. They testified that trumps bogus disclosures were indeed pivotal to the loans and favorable rates Trump received.
1
@madtabby66 im saying they relied on trumps fraudulent disclosures

@joshuabeatty7406 thats often said by people who can't articulate how im wrong
1
he added 20,000 sqaure feet and several stories to one of his buildings in ny
1
nah, trump adding 20,000 square feet to trump tower is a giveaway
1
@elated5190 wouldn't turmp be a better example of destroying those values?
1
@jodymayer6882 we were in a deep depressioin 4 years ago

@maddhatter3564 prosecuting criminals isn't making a mockery of the justice system, not doing so would be. elaborate on the atf thing. He didn't ignore scotus
1
