  13.  @ARockyone6464  the dems are working on 2 bills. One is a scaled down version that mainly works on roads and bridges along with republicans, the other one is a much bigger one that the dems are working on. The republicans are hoping the smaller one gets passed, isnt that a good thing from a Republican point of view?
