The governments ability to spend is the same whether it runs a budget surplus or a budget deficit. A deficit just means its spending more money into the economy than it destroys through taxation. This is a good thing for the private sector

  35. US healthcare is expensive because its insurance based and these insurance companies employ an army of accountants and bureaucrats. We nationalize healthcare like every other developed country and all of these middle men get cut out instantly, saving us tonnes of money
