  1. I used to do contract and advertising law, we had standards for claims, the font size relationship to other fonts on the labeling. AFAIR, there wasn't anything sized below 33% of the font that advertised the main product name, that was allowed as a claim or disclaim. So, go right ahead and put in a 90pt font "BEST PRODUCT¹", but be sure the "¹ not really the best product" isn't 24pt.
