I hope whomever you're expecting an inheritance from, goes on a generous spending spree of tips like this person did and spends all of your inheritance, and loses their house because they don't have money for the property tax. NOW do you feel differently?

  2. Fraud requires intent. Was this person non-compos mentis? What age was this person? You ever been around old people? They don't always do sensible things. It's not because they are bad... it's because they are old.

  3. That's not true at all, the FCBA allows you to dispute a payment you made accidentally, even if you did authorize it. I know this 100% because I just went round and round with a Paypal lawyer and they lost.
