  4.  @mortsdans  here's the problem with pepper spray. It's like buying filet mignon in a sealed box. And the only time you find out if it's REAL filet, is when you use it. Most pepper spray on the market I could spray on my burrito to make it slightly hotter. I probably have bottled hot sauces that has more capsaicin in it than most spray hanging off someone's keychain. Hundreds of videos of people being sprayed, and it didn't even slow them down.

  5.  @mortsdans  lol, I don't have to. Do you know what case law is? Jurisprudence? Let's just say, YOU should know the laws fully for the state you are in before you punch someone.
