  3. @Life of Amoree uh huh... Maybe you don't know what it means to have an IQ under 100. A LOT OF bad decision making goes with that. And because calling cops and telling them you got wronged while committing a crime, literally makes up compilation videos. Further, a good lawyer could get their client off in this case, because there is a thing called "attractive nuisance". Lastly, a first time offense for petty theft is a slap on the wrist, while you're buying this douchebag a new $1000+ interior to their car, or replacing furniture and carpet in their house. Lastly lastly, one is tortious, one is petty criminal. Innocent until proven guilty is only a benefit of criminal due process. In civil litigation, YOU ARE GUILTY until you can prove you are NOT. So the guy that made the packages has 0% chance of proving not guilt since he proudly had made this video, he would have with the ink/paint as well, and it's all the evidence the plaintiff attorney would need.
