  3. It's a good concept. I've learned this from computer science myself and used it as a principle in my business. When sorting data you somewhat also have a few possible options. The best possible outcome, the average outcome and the worst possible outcome i.e. how many moves it takes to sort the data. I've tried to apply this thinking myself when making decisions and especially focusing on whether indeed I can tolerate the damage from the worst possible outcome.
