You dont know what a scientific theory is, do you. Google it please. We have Tons pf evidence for it. And animals dont just get too big. They evolve to fitt into the enviroment..

How is it that we only find dinasaur fossils in layers 65 million years old and older. If you would be true, we would find younger ones all around the world. And what should have caused their exctinction so recently. Humans invented thousands of mythical creaturs all around the world. And your Storys are proof of that

Show a single dinasaur fossil which is evidently younger then 65 million years and you would have something. But you dont. You just like the idea of beeing smarter thsn the majority of people
