  5.  @Simi822  kid the rate of this language is around 9%, UN 2012. Around 60% of ukrainians at that point spoke russian as prime or secundary language. From this tens of millions voted in the election. You csn turn it how ever you want. Also ist it interresting that the now occupied areas are completly destroid. Maripol Was so called a light of russian culture and language, accourding to russia. Now it is in ruble. Most of the people fled. Russia doesnt care about people. Not even their own.
