@Gotoooooo apperently not. Cause if you would do you would know that Level three is not even close to wapons Level germs. And you ignore the complete lack of evidence the russian side was ever to bring tothe conversation. Why did you guys not learn anything from the WMD myth in iraq

@Gotoooooo . well apperently you actually dont know anything. So I willexplain :). First the defence ministry supported not only ukrainian Labs. But also russian, chinese and also in my case german labratories, eg the one I worked in. So did Amerika financed the production of biowapons in China, russia and germany? I dont think so. At least i didnt do that. :) In actually those Programms where supposed to ensure the distruction of sovjet biowapon storages and research of possible new dangerous germs. Like covid19. Research not development. Prevention of dangoures deseases is a matter of national interrest. So the US and many others finance Programms which do so. Hope that helps my boy
