Later same day 11.24pm it reported 82% of Ballots counted, 99,06% of which were yes. Lets assume 1.000.000 ballots total. At 10:35 we have 568.500 votes counted: 538.654 yes, 29.846 no. At 11:24 we have 820.000 votes counted: 812.292 yes, 7708 no. Magicly the number of no votes decreased by 75%
