  3.  @e3498-v7l  every aircrsft requires a runway. Also sovjet fighters. They are less demanding yes. But ukraine still has runways. To repair a runway, all you need is a bit of concrete and skilled street builders. So you asume that all ukrainian runways are just dort roads. Without evidence.
