@TheShiresKnight I am sure the 100 million people who died in the mines and plantations would whole heartedly agree with you ! The countries the British extracted Trillions of pounds of materials would also like to thank you . Great bargain the say . The thousands of women in India that had their hands smashed at the hands of the British so they couldn’t work the looms would also like to give you a big shout out of thanks.

@mudra5114 100 million murders in the British colonial empire is a conservative number. 300,000 Kenyans died in concentration camps at the hands of the British in the 1950’s for the crime of wanting democracy. India was a world economic power in textile production before British colonialism. The women weavers had their thumbs cut off and hands smashed to prevent weaving . Almost thirty-five million Indians died because of acts of commission and omission by the British in famines, epidemics, communal riots and wholesale slaughter like the reprisal killings after the 1857 War of Independence and the Amritsar massacre of 1919. 47 trillion pounds of raw materials were extracted from India by the British. The British the only people who can enslave you extract trillions of pounds in resources then send you a massive bill for their services and expect you to give thanks for the pleasure of being their slave .

GingerJesusSaves 100 million deaths in the mines and plantations of the British empire over the course of 300 years is not a ridiculous number it’s quite conservative. What’s funny is when the British condemn Stalin ,Mao or the Japanese . Suddenly the projection of domination is a bad thing . What’s good for the British is somehow a horrific genocidal war crime when others do it .
