This video already shows how stupid people are making covid tests, as you either need to be stupid or evil to participate in that scamming. To me it was obvious that military guy was intelligent based on the way he talked and hold himself. If the truly has never taken IQ tests, then he almost certainly would be the highest as you really benefit by doing those tests.

Intelligent people can brag if they are usually deemed as below average, are poor, don't have good job or education etc. things. Though bragging is perhaps the wrong word. In any case, lots of really intelligent people hate school and don't have great numbers. If they have nothing to be proud of and are seen as losers, then their intelligence becomes important factor for them.

To be fair, there's a HUGE difference between bachelors degree and PhD. Bachelors degree really doesn't require much, majoring cuts already quite a lot of people. But PhD is kind of it's own league. Also the field you are in can increase your IQ scores a lot, especially something like computer science and math related things. Personally I tested much better when I was in my twenties compared to now in my mid thirties. But I'm clearly much more intelligent now. Those tests measure speed way too much and are kind of horrible way to measure above 140 level IQs, maybe even lower. There are better tests for those with higher IQ but really there's no point in measuring IQ over 130 as that is enough for anything.
