  1. Flat Earth is really effective countermeasure to make conspiracies, conspiracy theorists, secret societies etc. seem like idiotic and laughable. There are much more flat earth documentaries, some of which are of high production value, than for example 9.11. or secret society documentaries. It is clear that flat earth society is not just a brainchild of one ex software engineer. It has been so much in the media, everybody knows it, that you pretty much have to be blind to not see why it was created. Flat earth is one of the most argued conspiracy in social media, perhaps that guy was part of creating those facebook AI robots that post that shit and clearly have very high intelligence behind them. When I have tried to explain many conspiracies by using physics to disprove the official truth, like 9.11. etc, it's very common that people start to call me flat earther or "you must believe that earth is flat too". And there is pretty much nothing you can do or say except make them see why the flat earth movement exist in the first place, so that people would fear anything controversial/conspiratorial and to have a way for even the dumbest people think they are smart by calling out people as flat earthers, even if they are just using physics on a completely different subject.

  2. ​ @richardcramer1604 There is no theory about 911, it's just physics. The official story is totally physically impossible. Who did it or why is another thing. Most people, at least those that deny conspiracies, look the thing from the wrong end "how is it possible to silence people", when it's physics that show that the official story is ridiculous. Yes, there are lots of stupid conspiracy theorists that doesn't understand the science, but they have the intuition from the given evidence that it's not correct. But then there are lots of really intelligent engineers, physicists etc. that can give you exact answers based on science. Actually your comment shows that you already connect flat earthers with moon landing conspiracy people. But do you even know what's the real evidence on that? It's geometric patterns on each photo and video that prove the use of frontscreen projection. These people don't actually deny that we have been on the moon, they just prove the footage is fake. There was much better quality videos available, but now the only video on the subject I could quickly find is in 5 small parts.
