Assuming global warming is real, where is the expanded sea water, or the melted ice caps etc. all the predictions of sea level rise are only about 95% too high. There is pretty much no measurable sea level rising, thus on global level there cannot be warming. Sure the water warms up slowly, but it doesn't take decades. 71% of earth is oceans, and the average depth is over 2km. Add north and south pole in the mix, and any warming would raise the sea levels.
And the price of the real estate in directly against the sea has been rising more than average. If the buyers, rich people, would think that in 50yrs water would raise couple of meters, the price would go down. As big reason for the high prices is that it's been great long term investment in the past, and elites seem to think it's going to be also in the future.
But you don't need nothing more than sea levels to prove global warming as BS.
