@aproblem6ix889 People who are not intelligent, can never understand what intelligence actually even means.
This show was awesome, only show in TV after Breaking Bad started that I could enjoy. I still watched Supernatural because I love the actors/characters and their friendship.
Anyway, season 1-4 had great writing and really strong realism and logical conclusions. Then the quality dropped, but still we got couple of great episodes per season. Until season 7 came.
That was horrible season. Characters were massacred, arcs were idiotic etc. but nothing compares to season 8, which completely screws us all by ignoring all the prophecies, by destroying all the main characters, have no fcking realism or logic.
I have tried everything to find excuses for this show, but there is none. Perhaps those fuckers D&D only wanted to give fan service that would make teenagers happy or the common idiots who still will go and buy tickets to Star Wars movies. I really don't know.
Jon's arc, Bran's arc, Jaime's arc, Tyrion's arc, Dany's arc, and also Varys' and Littlefinger's arcs completely destroyed.
There is a reason why the most loved TV show of all time suddenly has almost pure hate.

@anitaseila But I hated how they made Tormund idiot slapstick humor clown.
Before when he ate "like a pig" or acted weirdly, that was really in character. Now he is spilling half of the drink on him, and telling idiotic stories to a woman he is trying to score.
Tormund really is not an idiot. And I hate how they just made him pure slapstick clown in this season.
Other than that, ep2 fixed things that were done horribly in ep1. Arya finally had some soul, The Hound seemed little more like himself etc. Remember, Sandor was helping the preacher, was changed but then revert back to his old self until he saw the prophecies in the flames and joined helping "the lord of light gang" and buried the guy and his daughter. So it makes no sense to make him this bitter angry old dude that doesn't feel anything but hate.
Also Samwell got butchered in ep1, like he was so horrified for his dad/brother execution without knowing anything about the situation, and instantly having thought it over and made arguments for Jon how he supposedly wouldn't have done it. Completely ridiculous.
And at least ep2 had some tracking shots, and shots that lasted longer. Ep1 inside Winterfell felt like cut cut cut, dark wet musty picture, not cold and sharp like it should be if it's freezing. But yeah, ep1 caused me real traumas. Ep2 gave me some hope, which the beginning of ep3 really enforced, until Dothraki suicide.

@gwenkalndjelbisseni1352 Actually only ending that would somewhat save this season for me is that "Peter Baelish Theory" would happen in the last episode, and he would be the king of the ashes. I have seen signs for this throughout the season, but at the same time it's done so shitty that I don't know.
The reason why this would satisfy me is that all the main characters had personal flaws that they couldn't fix or even see in themselves. So in a way it would be fitting to make them all end up like Ned. Who was great, but flawed in his honor.
It would change the whole story of GOT, and so in retrospect we could see that. Most would probably be unhappy, but I would love that ending. I mean I love Jon, and I have loved so many characters, who have just failed themselves. If this series wasn't so rushed, I think it would make much more sense.
I could see that this is GRRM grand idea, because it's so poetic and rings truth. If you have not seen Petyr Baelish Theory, you should check it from youtube before the finale, it most likely won't happen and in that case you won't have any interest left to check it.
