  1. I recommend Gentoo for everyone that has modern CPU with 4 cores or more, and who are not afraid to learn new things. Though I think everyone with decent Linux knowledge should try it some time and use it for a certain period. Gentoo support, IRC channels, wiki, are all amazing. IRC channels are noob friendly.
