  2.  Pacc0  I don't know about Arch as I have never used it, but now I have been using Gentoo testing branch with GentooLTO overlay at max optimizations. Updating has caused some errors, but eventually those errors go away as dependencies got fixed and in the meantime it worked perfectly, it just couldn't update certain packages for the newest version at that time. It has worked pretty much perfectly. So I find it hard to believe that Arch isn't stable. I get why people don't want rolling release version, it's nice to know there will not be an update that cause problems, it changes your mental state in a way. But rolling release on stable version is nowadays really reliable. On my work machine I would run something stable AF unless I would benefit for having newer kernel, drivers, etc. so I now dual boot between Ubuntu and Gentoo. Gentoo with Mate desktop flies compared to Ubuntu Mate on the same laptop. Though it better after all of my optimizations, but still it's nice to see it in your own eyes and on benchmarks. Ubuntu is for work, Gentoo is for fun and learning.
