DT didn't say no one can be changed, he said no one can be forced to change. This video is about educating people for not believing in "ethical" software movement. There's probably 0.1% of people of that group watching these videos, thus this is clearly not meant for them. Also you certainly can change people's opinions, especially if those opinions can be proven wrong by logic. This differs totally from what ethical software is trying to do, as it's goal is to change people from being bad or doing bad things.
This is hard topic to talk shortly, as you certainly can help to change individuals that are perhaps doing bad things, but who also are not psychopaths etc. but changing organizations, political ideologies, religion, large organizations, are pretty much impossible. Freedom is great ideology as it's quite easy to show to be ethical and free software has other logically proven benefits. So free software movement is great and anything that threatens it is not.
