@jakechamberlain2206 True, I flunked high school mostly because math. I couldn't understand calculus, or even quadratic formula etc. but now as an adult I'm finishing masters at mathematics in university, got inside without ever doing high school. Reason I did this was that in other school we all were forced to take IQ test and I got something inside the 1%, even though I was really hang over and had slept 5 hours. I knew I had some talent in math when I was younger, but school did everything to make me feel dumb. I just thought I was different than others, and most people thought I was trash.
So finally when I knew this, and it made sense to me, I wanted to get in university. On the side I'm studying computer science, machine learning etc. because I'm hoping to build some sort of business eventually and it's hard to do that by being mathematician. But the more you know math, the more chance you have for figuring out something computer related that is valuable.
