  1. The purpose of money is to facilitate the exchange of goods . Inflation is the time penalty for not completing the transaction. It's not that there is too much money but not enough stuff. ( excluding crypto magically creating value that you can borrow against - that's like flooding a country with) counterfeit money. )

  2. Strangely enough it seems like people buy more when prices go up. The real-estate run towards the end of covid and the car bubble made some people rush into buying them. Very strange
